 Here at Tiny Toes Clothes, we try to do everything we can to make our customers happy.  In Every item description you will find as much information about the product we feel is needed to help you choose what is best for your child. In order to keep prices low, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have about an item before you purchase it. For children's clothes items, we provide the size that is stated on the garment label, (we may also suggest a size) since some manufacturers sizes vary. We  try to always include a neck to leg snap/cuff measurement on most items, to give you an idea as to how the garment may fit. Also we provide an estimated fit size on items without size tags. And we try to provide all measurements that we feel are relevent to that item.
 
We also offer New Garments that are described as NWT (New with tag) or NWOT (New with out tag) for your convenience. These items have not been worn or pre-washed. They are just simply new items that may or may not have all of the Origional Retail Tags.

FAQ

  • What does NWT or NWOT mean?  It means that an item is New With Tag or New With Out Tag (origional retail tags)
  • What sizes of childrens clothes do you offer? We offer Preemie,Newborn,Infant and Toddler to size 4T
  • What other items do you carry in your store? We try to always have new items in our store weekly, we will start adding childrens books, movies, hats, shoes, hair accessories and some maternity items.
  • What are the forms of payment you accept? At this time we offer PayPal, which we feel is the safest way to pay on line. With paypal you can use your own account to pay with account credit,debit or echeck. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM OUR STORE.
  • What are the main Brands you carry? We carry A wide variety of brands to bring you the best of all worlds.
  • What is your return policy? We are trying to prevent refunds and returns, that is why we try to provide you with all of the information you may need before you purchase. Please feel free to email us with any questions prior to your purchase. (Bargain Bin items are non refundable) However if you are ever unsatisfied please let us know and we will do our best to make you happy within reason. Just contact us. You can request a store credit instead of a refund. Refunds will be given within 14 working days after we recieve item in the condition it was sent. minus shipping. All Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.
  • How do you care for and store the clothes that I may purchase? All of my items come from a Non Smoking, Pet Free Home. Stored In My Private Office,away from heat and dust. Gently Used items are washed in Free & Clear or baby all detergent. Unscented,hypoallergenic, biodegradable dryer sheets are used to keep the freshness. then placed in a plastic baggie for freshness. All Items are Clean with no stains or tears. Bargain Bin Items may have some barely noticeable flaws and will be described in items description.
  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped?  We ship all items the same or following business day after payment is processed. Most Items will cost 3.50 to be shipped, however you may have the option of Priority for 4.80 depending on the weight.
